We have confirmation that the first day of Ramadan will be Saturday 1st March 2025.

Community Led Iftar

Members of our community will provide Iftar daily. If you are interested in supplying food or contributing financially, please put your name down on the list in the Masjid or contact Brother Amir – 07784 693360

Taraweeh

Please join us for Taraweeh, starting the night of Friday 28th February 2025 at 7:30pm.

This year, for those working late, we hope to have a 2nd Taraweeh starting at 11pm. This will be a much shorter taraweeh consisting of a short number of ayats per rakah.

Car Parking

Due to our car parking format, we are forced to reserve the use of our car park for those praying 20 rakats. Removing your car after 8 rakats will unfortunately not be posssible. Please use the council car park nearby (see map). Please avoid parking on Maxwell Road.

Ladies & Children

One third of our main prayer hall is reserved for Ladies during the month of Ramadan.

Children are always welcome, but please ensure your children are kept with you at all times and are not disturbing others.

Bayaan – Before Isha

Every night in Ramadan, 30 mins before Isha jamaat, Brother Mohamed will be inspiring us with stories about the Four Rightly Guided Caliphs.

Qiyamul Layl/Tahajjud

We hope to perform Qiyamul Layl in the last 10 nights of Ramadan, from 2:00am-3:00am inshaAllah.
